The main drilling wastes produced in the process of drilling include clay, weighting materials, rock cuttings, oil, inorganic salts and other stable suspensions. With the development of oil field, the waste drilling fluid is increasing, and the environmental conflicts caused by waste drilling fluid are more and more prominent. With the increasingly strict requirements of the state for environmental protection, the disposal of waste drilling fluid without landing will become an inevitable development trend of treatment technology. Over the past year, major oil fields and local governments have required that waste mud not be disposed to the ground directly. Therefore, we must seek safe, reliable, advanced and economic treatment process that can adapt to the current situation of the production area, treat the waste drilling fluid without landing, protect the ecological environment in the oilfield area, and ensure the economic benefits of oilfield development.
Our Mud while drilling (LWD) non landing system is a complete skid mounted system for DMW, which has high design integration and can be used on site only according to the site requirements. According to different mud media, it can be divided into water-based mud system and oil-based mud system. After treatment, the water content and oil content of mud cuttings can be effectively controlled (water content: 8% - 10%, oil content: 3% - 5%). After treatment, the mud performance is stable and can be reused for drilling platform; the mud use cost is saved, the pollution of discharge is reduced, and the environmental protection treatment requirements are met.

Plan 1
The system is mainly composed of vertical cutting dryer, high speed variable frequency centrifuge, conveying system and storage tank. The system is equipped with air back blowing system and clear water washing system to effectively prevent screen blockage. It is mainly used for tail slurry treatment of oil-based and water-based mud. The treated mud can be reused in drilling platform. The connection mode can be designed into two modes: while drilling and offline centralized processing to meet the different operation requirements of the drilling crew.
Plan 2
The system consists of high-frequency drying shaker, high speed variable frequency centrifuge, tanks and conveying system. According to different mud media, it can be used for water-based mud and oil-based mud treatment, and chemicals can be selected to add according to the user's needs, so as to improve the treatment effect.
Plan 3
The system is mainly composed of high frequency drying shaker, diaphragm filter press, dosing device, flocculation tank and storage tank. It is mainly used for drilling waste management and tail slurry treatment of water-based mud with high viscosity. Its advantages are good dehydration effect, low moisture content of solid phase, and its disadvantages are not continuous operation and with the large footprint.
